Features and Usage
Carbon fiber (CF) is a new type of fibrous material with a carbon content of more than 95% high strength and high modulus fiber. It is composed of flake graphite microcrystalline and other organic fibers in the direction of the fiber axial direction, and obtained by carbonization and graphitization. 2. Coated Carbon Fiber Fabric
* Tech: Customizable surface texture/rigidity/thickness, waterproof, chemical/fire-resistant
* Applications: Sports/fashion/miliary/thermal insulation
3. Multiaxial (MX) Carbon Fiber Fabric
* Structure: Bi-/Tri-/Quadraxial (0°, ±45°, 90°), compatible with chopped strand mats
* Resins: Works with polyester/vinyl/epoxy resins
* Molding: Vacuum/hand layup/RTM processes for composite products (marine/aerospace/wind turbine blades/automotive parts).
