Material : 30% Polyester fiber with 70% PVC/vinyl coated
Yarn Count: 250D, 500D, 550D, 1000D and others can be customized

What is the pvc coated yarn?
PVC coated yarn are made from PVC and polyester yarn blending, its blending ratio of 7:3, that is,
70% PVC (plastic) and 30% high tenacity polyester yarn.
The core is made of high tenacity polyester industrial filament, and the cortex is made of PVC material
with aging resistance and uv radiation resistance.
Polyester filament is extended and coated, and then cooled by drawing light to form a compound line with
smooth surface, waterproof, oil-proof, non-toxic and cool feeling.
The warp yarn is woven into the weaving shaft through the intelligent warping mechanism,without sizing,
directly on the winding rapier loom to create a net, and then finishing into the final product.
With bright color does not fade, high strength tensile force, water resistance, oil resistance, uv resistance,
aging resistance, wear resistance, decay resistance, chemical resistance, non-toxic, smooth and cool surface,
excellent air permeability, long service life and other advantages.
